Author Guidelines

Current Submission Phase

We are now accepting manuscripts for our upcoming publication cycle. Authors are encouraged to submit high-quality research contributions aligned with the scope and aims of our journals. All submissions undergo rigorous peer review to ensure academic excellence.

Submission Requirements

Manuscript Structure

Your manuscript should be organized as follows:

  1. Title Page

    • Clear, concise title (maximum 15 words)
    • Full names and affiliations of all authors
    • Corresponding author with email and phone number
    • Keywords (5-7 relevant terms)
  2. Abstract

    • 150-250 words
    • Summary of objectives, methods, results, and conclusions
    • No citations or abbreviations (except standard units)
  3. Main Text

    • Introduction: Context, gap, and research objectives
    • Methods: Detailed description of methodology, data collection, and analysis approaches
    • Results: Clear presentation of findings with supporting data
    • Discussion: Interpretation of results, comparison with existing literature, limitations, and implications
    • Conclusion: Summary of key findings and future research directions
  4. References

    • Minimum 20 citations for full articles
    • Use Harvard referencing style
    • Include DOI where available
  5. Supplementary Materials (optional)

    • Additional data, figures, tables, or methodological details
    • Clearly labeled and referenced in main text

Manuscript Format

  • Length: 5,000-8,000 words (including references)
  • File Format: Microsoft Word (.docx)
  • Font: Times New Roman or Arial, 12pt
  • Spacing: Double-spaced throughout
  • Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
  • Line Numbering: Enable line numbers for review process

Author Information Requirements

  • Full Names: Use consistent name formatting across all submissions
  • Affiliations: Complete institutional affiliations for each author
  • ORCID: Provide ORCID identifiers (optional but recommended)
  • Contributions: Briefly describe each author’s contribution
  • Funding: Disclose all funding sources and grants

Figure and Table Guidelines

  • Figures: High resolution (300 DPI minimum), .jpg or .png format
  • Tables: Formatted clearly with descriptive captions
  • Captions: Detailed, self-contained descriptions (50-100 words)
  • Number Sequentially: Tables and figures numbered in order of appearance
  • Permissions: Include copyright permission for reproduced content

Step-by-Step Submission Process

Step 1: Prepare Your Manuscript

  • Complete all sections according to guidelines above
  • Ensure all authors have reviewed and approved the final version
  • Double-check references for accuracy and completeness
  • Proofread for grammar, clarity, and consistency

Step 2: Choose the Appropriate Journal

  • Review the aims and scope of each of our journals
  • Ensure your manuscript aligns with the journal’s focus and target audience
  • Consult the journal’s aims and scope page for detailed information

Step 3: Prepare Supporting Documents

  • Cover Letter (1-2 pages): Explain significance of your work and why it fits the journal
  • Author Checklist: Confirm compliance with all guidelines
  • Conflict of Interest Statement: Disclose any conflicts of interest
  • Data Availability Statement: Describe how data can be accessed

Step 4: Submit Your Manuscript

  • Email your submission to: editorial@e-pubmed.co.uk
  • Subject line format: “Manuscript Submission: [Manuscript Title]”
  • Include all required documents as attachments
  • Submission confirmations will be sent within 48 hours

Step 5: Editorial Assessment

  • Initial screening by editorial team (1-2 weeks)
  • Assessment for scope, quality, and originality
  • You will receive notification of acceptance for review or desk rejection

Step 6: Peer Review Process

  • Manuscripts accepted for review are sent to 2-3 qualified reviewers
  • Review period: 2 weeks
  • You will receive reviewer feedback and editorial decision

Step 7: Editorial Decision

  • Editorial team reviews peer feedback and makes acceptance decision
  • Decision timeline: 1 week
  • You will receive decision notification via email with full reviewer comments

Step 8: Revisions (if applicable)

  • If revisions requested: Respond to reviewer comments with detailed revision letter
  • Clearly mark all changes in the revised manuscript
  • Submit revised version within 2 weeks
  • Resubmit to: editorial@e-pubmed.co.uk

Step 9: Final Decision & Publication

  • Accepted manuscripts move to copyediting and proofs (1-2 weeks)
  • Authors review proofs and return corrections
  • Manuscript published online and included in journal issue

  • Manuscripts must be original and not previously published
  • All sources must be properly cited
  • Plagiarism will result in immediate rejection and potential sanctions

Research Ethics

  • All human subject research must have IRB/ethics committee approval
  • Animal research must comply with institutional animal care guidelines
  • Include ethical approval statement in manuscript

Conflicts of Interest

  • Declare all potential conflicts of interest
  • Include financial, personal, or institutional relationships
  • Failure to disclose conflicts may result in retraction

Data & Materials

  • Provide access to research data when possible
  • Describe data availability in manuscript
  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality

  • Open Access: All published articles are made freely available to readers worldwide
