All submissions are subject to peer review and editorial evaluation. We do not guarantee acceptance, publication timelines, or specific outcomes. Editorial decisions are final.
7. Fees and Charges
Where applicable, fees such as Article Processing Charges (APC) will be clearly disclosed prior to submission or publication. Any applicable fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Promotional waivers (e.g., APC waivers) may be offered at our discretion and may be subject to change.
8. Intellectual Property
All content published on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, and journal materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Authors retain rights as specified in the applicable publication or licensing agreement. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content is prohibited.
